All orders placed through SURPLUS RESEARCH are processed and shipped from our facility using FedEx Flat Rate service. Please review the following details regarding our shipping terms and conditions.


Shipping Rates and Methods

We offer a flat-rate shipping fee on all orders.
All shipments are fulfilled exclusively via FedEx to ensure reliable delivery and tracking.

  • Signature is not required upon delivery.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring a secure delivery address. SURPLUS RESEARCH is not liable for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received.


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
Processing times may be extended during product launches, holidays, or high-volume periods.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your FedEx tracking number.


Estimated Delivery Times

  • International: 3–10 business days depending on destination and customs clearance

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to external factors such as customs inspections, weather, or courier delays.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, tariffs, and taxes imposed by the destination country.
These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient.
SURPLUS RESEARCH is not responsible for any customs delays or charges once the package has left our facility.


Shipping Address and Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.
We are unable to reroute packages once they have been shipped.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect, the buyer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.


Lost or Damaged Packages

Once a package is in the possession of FedEx, SURPLUS RESEARCH is not responsible for loss or damage during transit.
If your order arrives damaged or is marked as delivered but not received, please contact FedEx directly to initiate a claim.

We will assist when possible, but all shipping issues must be resolved with the carrier.
